Go ahead and leave it at the front desk - we’ll take it from there.
WHERE WILL THE DELIVERY STAFF MEET ME?
We will meet at a designated place in the airport or hotel. (Airport 1F arrival lobby / 3F check in lobby ).
DO I HAVE TO LABEL MY BAG?
Yes, please label or name tug the bag with the name on the order. In the event you do not have a label or
Name tug please take a picture and send it by email.
IF I WANT TO ADD A BAG LAST MINUTE CAN I?
We can accept the addition of bags. It is desirable to contact you in advance.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Please contact us if you cancel in advance.
IF I’M NOT THERE TO HAND YOU THE BAG, HOW WILL YOU KNOW WHICH IS MINE?
If the bag doesn't have the correct label or number tag, or the name doesn’t match the name on the order,
the courier cannot legally take it into their temporary care. In order for our delivery company to legally receive
our bag, you must accurately label your bag with your first and last name on the luggage tag, and make sure
that the name on the tag matches the name on the order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY DELIVERY?
It will be a case by case basis. If you are not available when we arrived, we will call / text for you and
