I'm staying in a hotel, where can I leave my luggage?
Please leave your luggage at the hotel front desk and we will collect it from there.
Where can I meet the delivery staff?
We will meet you at the designated location at the airport or your hotel (1F arrival lobby/3F check-in lobby).
Do I need to put a name tag on my bag?
Yes, please attach a name tag (a simple one is fine) with the name of your reservation to the bag . If you don't have a name tag, please take a photo of it and send it to us by email.
Can I add more bags after my reservation is complete?
If you would like to add a bag, please contact us in advance. If you have already paid, you will need to pay the additional fee when you meet us.
Can I cancel after making a reservation?
Please contact us by phone or email at least one day in advance. Business hours are 08:00-20:00.
How do I separate my belongings among so many?
To collect your luggage, we will check that your bag matches the name of the person on your reservation by displaying a name tag or a number tag issued by our company with the exact name of the person on your bag.
Please note that if we are unable to confirm this, we will not be able to deliver the item.
What if I make a mistake or forget to book something?
If you are not at the appointed time or place, we will contact you by email or phone.
When making a reservation, please fill in your contact information such as phone number, email address, and LINE ID.
If we are unable to contact you, you may not be able to collect your baggage or it may not be handed over to you.
Is insurance provided?
Yes, we have insurance. Please see the insurance page on our website.
